Volvo Information Technology Japan (hereafter gthe Companyh) is committed to comply with the Personal Information Protection

The Company recognizes that the protection of information that can identify individuals (hereafter
"personal information") is a social duty of the Company. Therefore the Company educates its executives
and employees about the importance of personal information and is committed to maintain protecting
personal information (hereafter gprivacyh) appropriately. |
| 3. Protecting Personal Information system |

The Company elects administrators to protect personal information and at the same time establishing the
system. The Company has also setup an information counter to correspond to inquires/questions regarding
Privacy Policy and made the information counter public to its entire staff.

4. Collection user and distribution of personal information

The Company shall only collect, use and distribute personal information in an appropriate manner
according to the Privacy Policy system's rules and regulations.

The Company will devise rational safety measures to ensure the accuracy and the safety of personal
information, protecting it from illegal access, leaks, destruction, loss, and alteration.
